Account Manager
Full-time

As the Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other digital marketing channels. You will lead a team of 3-4 marketing specialists, and work closely with other teams, including the creative team, product team and data team, to achieve company goals.

This is a challenging but exciting sales-driven job of which you will be rewarded accordingly. Now the answer is up to you: Are you ready to join the crew?

What you will do
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to meet company KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing specialists to improve their performance, knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.
